Profile Name change request not solved

Hi There,

Being a new user on PPH i wasn't aware that you must have same PROFILE NAME as its on your registered documents. So for solving the issues i am facing because of that please help me in changing my PROFILE NAME from Aqeel GFX to Aqeel Ahmed.

I have sent an email on support also but didnt received any reply in that regard till now.

My registered email is chaudharyprecise@gmail.com

Waiting for help to sort that out.
