I sent inquiries many times to customer support about my payment errors but no response. Only error emails sent.

I need to make a payment to my freelance asap, but errors have happened every time. 
And I receive error emails.
I wanna know the reason and fix it, so sent emails to customer support more than 5 times.
But no response has been sent to me yet.
