Why I cannot convert my fund and why withdrawal option not working?
Dear Support Team,
I just get paid for my work. However, when I try convert it from GBP to USD, it seems that the conversion option is disabled as well as withdrawal option.
Here my quarry is why they are disabled and how do I withdraw my fund to payoneer?

Hi Mohammad,
Before you are able to withdraw funds, we have to do a certain amount of checks for fraud prevention purposes. This is known as the clearing period. Clearing periods are needed for us to protect you and your money from fraudulent criminal activity. to meet new regulations. Please see our blog here that explains the reasons for this.Upon submitting your withdrawal request, this then needs to be processed by PPH. Typically this will occur within the next 48 business hours, and it's an important part of the withdrawal process in order to verify that all the required information has been provided, and the necessary security measures have been executed.
