How to get an invoice paid?

Hello,

I've now provided in the work in full to the buyer since 13 days after the buyer and myself agreed to a fixed amount and they have openly said that they were happy with my work and will process the invoice asap. However, I have now sent 4 messages for payment of the invoice and each time, they read and don't respond and seem to be ignoring it.

How can I get paid in full or if not, how do I at least obtain the amount in Escrow and have the project status put as completed?
