My PPH profile locked

Hi there,

This is Naeem, I have created a profile a long time ago, and in a very short period, I got projects with five-star ratings. But due to a client's dispute, my profile was blocked permanently. The client made the wrong dispute and everything was fine from my side. They didn't even didn't listen to my concern and my profile was blocked. Is there a way to get my profile back to active?
