I am completely new to this system, I finished a job and upon trying to raise an invoice, I was asked to submit payment details which must bear similar name as my PPH name. That was a shock and when I tried editing, it was a futile endeavor. I believe someone in the community would have experienced this, and agent from support can also help.

  Hi Williams, we've just raised a ticket for you that has been sent to our Customer Service Team, hopefully someone will be able to resolve the issue for you. In future, the best way to resolve issues is to email support@peopleperhour.com using the same email account that is linked to your PeoplePerHour account so that we can identify you as a user.
