My profile is approve but still cant send proposal on jobs

I got an email stating that my profile has been approved but in my dashboard it is not updating and still i cant send send proposal to jobs

  Hi Krishna, I can see that a ticket has been raised on our Customer Service system so hopefully someone in the team will be able to help resolve this issue soon.
