How do I raise a dispute? I need to raise a dispute about work poor work quality (freelancer accepted work that he/she has does not have the expertise in) delivered by my freelancer but there seems to be no way to do so. I urgently need help?

  Hi, we can see that a ticket has now been raised on our Customer Service system and hopefully we can resolve this issue for you asap.

  Kindly assist with my open ticket the customer service team allocated to the issue raised has not responded, there seems to be no communication at the moment.
