Error During Payment

I got this message. What does it mean. The payment is showing as being paid in PPH now ?

Have no way to contact customer services

  Hi Paul, we have created a ticket for you which has been sent to the Customer Service Team. To raise a ticket in future you can email support@peopleperhour.com, but you must use the same email as you use for your account. Hopefully we can resolve your issue asap.
