Unable to withdraw payments
When I click "request withdrawal" an error message comes up telling me I need to submit some documents. I already did this a couple of years ago and the documents were approved. When I click on the link that the error message leads me to, it shows that my docs have been approved and there is no way of me submitting new ones...

Community Team, please read what my issue actually is. The invoice was paid in June! I am being requested to send documents in order to withdraw. I already did this years ago and the docs were approved. Even if I have to send new ones, there is no actual way of sending them. Your own system tells me my docs are approved and there isnt a way to attach new ones.
I am beginning to think that these are all tactics for holding onto funds...not impressed at all and would like a solution asap!
