How can we stop more people responding pls?

HI, 

I've had lots of good responses to a post I put up yesterday and now want to pause the ad while I decide who to respond to.  How do I pause the ad?

  Hi Sheila, when you accept a proposal you should have the option to "decline all pending proposals for the job", or do you not know which you would like to accept yet?
