Not letting me complete application (select your skills option)

Hello This is your user Najeeb Ullah

I'm new to People Per Hour. I'm on the 'You're almost ready to start selling' page. I click Apply Now, and it opens up the 'Tell us about you' tab. 

I fill this in with all relevant info. Then press Continue. After that select your skills tab opened the, when i have added all the information about skills, it will not open the next reference tab. It doesn't do anything at all. 

I am trying since yesterday to go to next tab, please me out on this error. 

Any help would be very much appreciated!
