Not allowing me to withdraw the full total of my invoice (after commission)
I am wondering if anyone has had the same issue. It has almost been two days and no one from PPH has been in contact or rectified my issue. I have opened a ticket and I have reached out to them on Facebook. The last communication was that they were going to send my problem to the relevant department.
Yesterday an invoice was due to be cleared after the 14-day waiting period. The total amount has the status "cleared" - however, it's only allowing me to withdraw a portion of the invoice total (after commission).
A few weeks back I had a client who paid into my account accidentally, PPH returned the funds to said client. I have a feeling this is what is causing the system to go haywire. This means that there is either an error in the system that needs to be rectified or PPH is blatantly holding my funds.
Any suggestions? I desperately need my funds and NO ONE from PPH is responding to me!

Hi Amie, I can see your ticket on the system, sorry that it is taking so long to resolve. I have written a note to try and escalate this to our payments team to see if they can help resolve the matter asap for you.
