Workstream messages not showing up

Hello,

I had an email telling me someone had messaged me back, but when I go into the workstream, the message is nowhere to be seen. I've tried refreshing the page and logging out and back in, and still nothing.

This is the first time someone has responded to one of my proposals, can you please help?
