Issue with updating profile details

I am anewly registered freelancer and  have just tried to update my profile  on PPH   with some new info and the  newly inputed info  is not saving  Can you  asssist me please  ?

  I am having the same issue. I am trying to update my profile but the updated version does not save. Anyone with any ideas on how to solve this would be greatly appreciate. Thanks in advance.
