No Email received for account approval
It's Been two weeks since we had submitted the application for account approval on PPH. I got a notification that the account will be approved after receiving an email from a registered email address but there is no email received till now. Kindly let me know what is the reason behind the delay.

Sorry you are having an issue with your account, we have now raised a ticket for you on our customer service system for this issue, a member of the team will get back to you within 48 hours Monday to Friday and hopefully resolve the issue for you asap.
