can't review/add invites

I don't see any way to 'invite freelancers' from either the buyer activity page or from the project page. I'd also like to see which freelancers i already invited.

  Hi Jonathan,

  You can invite Freelancers to bid on your project through the "Invite Freelancers" links that can be found in the proposal list and the project detail pages. Let us know if you are still having trouble finding this.

  So I created this as a private project, if that matters. But I don't see any 'invite freelancers' link on the project page or on the proposal list.
