Can't submit a request

When I click on Submit a request button, nothing happens.

I need help; the person I was working with did not complete the task and was paid anyway.

  Try right clicking the link to submit a request and then opening a new tab. That seems to work when clicking the link normally doesn't. You are more likely to get a faster response if you submit a request than posting on here.
