Contractor not responding

Hi there. I can't find a place to contact Support folks at PeoplePerHour so I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place.

I started a project with a person in PeoplePerHour. His name is SEO Trustly. I wrote a guest blog post that he was going to get published on a site for me. He responded a couple times to me, I wrote the post and linked to it, and then he stopped replying to me.

He's seeing my posts in the work stream but not replying. Is there a way I can leave a negative review about him? This has been really frustrating. I'm done trying to get him to respond to me but would like to leave a negative review.

How do I do that?
