Receipt for funds paid into an Escrow account.

Hello - how do I get a VAT receipt or invoice for the funds that have been deposited into the Escrow account?  The project is ongoing, so it is just the initial Escrow transactions that I need to match off against the company credit card payment with a VAT receipt.
