Invoice for username
I am working for an agency, after ordering services and providing company details, we received an invoice issued to our username. After asking for it to be changed, we were told that they can't do it. Issue a credit note and raise a new one seem to be oftent practise when mistakes are done. Why can't PPH do this?
Does anyone else have this issue?
