Compliant Against Freelancer - Refund Request
I have recently worked with a freelancer. I set him a clear task list at the start which was never completed.
He raised the invoice before work was completed. I was unaware that this would be automatically approved in 7 days.
Since the payment, the freelancer has not completed the work and has actually left me more issues through his substandard work.

Please advise what can be done to rectify this issue or for refund to be issued before I lodge a payment dispute with my payment provider.
