Very slow customer support
I am having an issue of changing profile name but I am very disappointed with the customer support of peopleperhour. I have submitted my request 3 days ago and the support team responded after 26 hours, I replied to their response but now its been more than 36 hours I am waiting for the team to answer.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing a long wait. We've had a look into this and can see that you've been in touch multiple times. I'm afraid, due to how our internal system works where tickets are sorted based on the date of a customer's last reply, this has pushed your query to the back of the queue.
This, combined with no weekend cover, has unfortunately caused delays - we're very sorry!
