Thanks for your question. This is part of our new payments process which you can read more about here.The latest any freelancer will have access to their funds is 18 days - 14 days clearing (including weekends) and 48hr withdrawal (working week days).If you find that you are waiting more than 18 days for funds, please get in touch by emailing support@peopleperhour.com and a member of the team will investigate further.Hope this helps and best wishes,The Community TeamComment actions -
It's the new system. I've been forced to borrow money and pay after 15 days with a hefty interest. Still trying to recover. It's just that the changes happened so suddenly they hit freelancers right in the guts. A 3-month notice would have helped...but complaining is a waste of time. Very unfortunate.
