How do I refund a deposit to a client?
Hello
I need to refund a deposit to a client asap as I am no longer able to undertake the work for personal reasons, but I am unable to see how to do this?

Hi Katie, thanks for your question! I can see that you raised a ticket over the weekend and a member of the team is assisting you with your query.
To reiterate, you'll need to get in touch with the Buyer and request that they manually raise a refund request. They will find the "Request Refund" option above the box that they type their messages to you within the workstream.
If they run into any trouble at all, please ask that they get in touch with support at support@peopleperhour.com and a member of the team will be able to help!
