My Escrow account
I had $45 in my Escrow account and I was waiting until the day I could take it out of my account and I checked it today and it's gone. Is there a way I can get it refunded?

Hi Kristian, thanks for your message!
You're experiencing the payments process which takes 2 weeks to complete. From looking into this, we can see that you're on day 12 of the process. You'll be able to access your funds by the 30th September.
If you click on My PPH User Account, you will be able to see the timeline of your funds in there!
