Is it mandatory to verify identity before raise an Invoice for active contact?

Hello

This is Amir. I'm new to PPH. Really excited to work with the community.
I'm an Excel expert with VBA and Google AppsScript experience. Mainly I develop tools for the spreadsheet programs.
Also, I'm a new web developer (React & Next.js).

Note: I'm facing problems with raising an invoice. Can anyone tell me, what is the requirement for raising invoice for the first order?
