Request Refund
I have 2 projects open with two different freelancers. One can't do the job and the other isn't responding at to my purchase of their offer. For the life of me, I can't find the request refund buttons. Please Help!!!!!

Hi Stefano, sorry to hear you're having some trouble!
To raise your refund request, please click on the option Request Refund. It is right above the box where you type your messages to the freelancer under your mutual workstream.
