Why is taking so long to be able to withdraw my funds?

I have been paid by a client on 9th Nov but I can't withdraw the funds.

It says it is still verifying and won't be done until 23/11!!!

It usually only takes a few days for this process so why is this saying it will take two weeks?

  In regards to withdrawing your money, you will need to go through a clearing period that lasts approximately 2 weeks, but this may be shorter depending on your profile. You can read more about this below:

  I have the same issue, I will be taking it up with trading standards. I suggest you do the same.

   

  Fraudulently holding onto our money.
