What has happened to....
A) My list of payments awaiting clearance
B) Live Customer Support
I had a couple of payments in a list awaiting clearance. They seem to have been swallowed up as I have no available money or jobs awaiting clearance. Can anyone explain where this money has gone being that it hadn't even been cleared?
Secondly, the function for live chat customer support seems to have disappeared. This is worrying. Please can someone at PPH write back here and explain the issue with my funds awaiting clearance disappearing.
