Hello I can see my refund has been granted and the money is in my user account.  How do I get that money back into my bank account please?

  Hi Sarah, thanks for your message and apologies for the delay, the support team is not available over the weekend!

  Once a refund is processed, the funds will be refunded into your PeoplePerHour user account (wallet). If you wish to withdraw the funds, head to your account page then actions > withdraw money.
