I awarded a job,its 3 weeks behind I want to cancel the job .How do I do that?

  If there are an accepted proposal and escrow funds you will need to inform the freelancer accordingly and request a refund. But to get accurate information, you will need to get in touch with the support team for help and specify the job and workstream. Please email them at support@peopleperhour.com.
