    Hi Jide, thanks for getting in touch! 

    What you're experiencing will be the payments process which is a 2 week clearing period. You can read more about this process here.

    After this time, you can then request a withdrawal of your money. You will need to wait 2 working days for this to be processed and once it has, it should reach your chosen payment account.
