    Hi all, thanks for your messages. Firstly, we want you to know that we hear you and we're truly sorry to hear the impact that this has had.

    Same here! Same dates! No Christmas or New Year's for me either... Absolute joke! Unacceptable, playing with people's lives...  I guess PPH thinks their freelancers are millionaires... :(
