Why cant i submit a support request?

Why do you have the option to 'submit a request' in help centre but it doesnt actually do anything? this is infuriating, why even put it there? what kind of 'support' is this?

  Please email support@peopleperhour.com and a member of the team will be able to help with your query. 

  Please be aware that our Customer Support team was unavailable on Monday 27th December & Tuesday 28th December. They will be catching up today and will try to respond to any queries within 48 hours.

  Additionally, our payments team is taking a short break over the festive period and will be back online on the 4th of January, because of this any payments during this time will not be processed.
