    Hi all, thanks for your messages and apologies for the delay over the festive break. 

    Our payments team took a short break over the festive period and were unavailable from 24th December to 3rd January.

    This is infuriating. Absolutely shocking from PPH! To not have someone covering clicks, or to not disable this idiotic function that keeps OUR money for 2 weeks, is just down right disrespect. 

    Would highly recommend everyone leave PPH
