Escrow pending payment

Hi

I completed a job and the buyer has paid and the job is done.

Also, he reached me and told me that he has forgotten to click on a complete project to receive the money and yesterday he made it but the amount is still pending in escrow and the invoice is still showing an unpaid invoice. Can you please resolve this and transfer this money to my pph account?

  You are experiencing our payments process which is a 2 week clearing period. You can read more about this process here.

  After this time, you can then request a withdrawal of your money. You will need to wait 2 working days for this to be processed and once it has, it should reach your chosen payment account.
