Merging my account _Urgent Help Required Please
I have been sending various messages to the Support Team, this is very frustrating. I have explained that I need to amend my email address as I no longer have access to old email address to send a lost password request. I have provided my old and new email addresses still no reply? You send me a link to see my support ticket which is asking me my password and login - how can I access this???
Do I create a new account? How can you merge the 2 accounts?
Please help ASAP
