why my payments are unpaid

    Hi Asim, thanks for your message and apologies for the delay. 

    Our payments team took a short break over the festive period and was not available from the 24th December to the 3rd January. They are back online today (4th January) and will be processing payments as normal.

    Additionally, please also be aware that there is a 2 week clearing period. You can read more about this process here.

    After this time, you can then request a withdrawal of your money. You will need to wait 2 working days for this to be processed by the payments team and once it has, it should reach your chosen payment account.
