All funds are not withdrawable

I have $78.45 in my PPH balance but I am able to withdraw just $28.40 https://prnt.sc/25s7q23 . I want to withdraw all funds. May I know why there is just $28.40 available for withdrawal?

  Hi there, thanks for getting in touch. 

  We've looked into this and it appears that the issue is a combination of clearing times, converting from GDP to USD, and the in-platform purchase of proposal credits. We can see that you raised a ticket with our support team who will be in touch as soon as they are available to further clarify what's happened.
