you said FESTIVAL holidays so no payouts on 24th December 2021 to 3rd January 2022.

Still request is pending ALMOST A MONTH PASSED
So question is, Is PPH is legit in 2022 Please make us clear??? or not provide FAIR service TO DEVELOPERS??should we keep working or leave?
i have around £ 100 in account and escrow and £200 in current project and other projects in conversions, im highly skilled developer
it seems other developer request all not fulfilled, facing the same issues...from CLEARING PERIOD started,
Please let us know What's wrong? why is it damn slow now? EVEN PAYPAL or SKRILL take 3-5 business days Only.
WHILE our client has already paid invoice and money is in escrow.
PPH has lower Service standards now??

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. Firstly, we want you to know that we hear you and we're truly sorry to hear the impact that our new payments process and festive opening hours have had on you.
As a rapidly growing business, we have to follow stricter regulations and complete more checks before we can release payments that are made through our platform in order to protect our users. We can assure you that our processes, terms and conditions, and actions, all comply with current law.
The length of your clearing period will be determined by how much you have earned on PeoplePerHour in the previous two calendar months. This ranges from 3 days to 14 days. Following the clearing period, all withdrawal requests will be processed by the PeoplePerHour team within 2 working days.
However, during the festive period, as the payments team was unavailable between the 24th December to 3rd January, this caused delays to the payments process. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. The payments team is back online today and will be processing payments as normal.
You will be able to see your current clearing period on your profile. Head to Actions >> View Earnings and go to Control Panel. You can also read more about the different clearing periods and criteria here.

Seriously....
I'm slowly loosing trust in PPH..... because unprofessional decisions are made Now..Your new system is seriously faulty.....
In the name of checking.....Because it's says earn 2000 per month ...
If you Earn more we will release fast...This is cruelty.
In reality there are not many projects posted Plus Clients are willing to pay less....
Means it's more unfair to majority developers and designers...
Why this unprofessional behaviour towards developers...??? Increase 20% 30% or even 50% fee ....
Even That would be fair....but sucking Time is really bad...
Money is not released when it's worth...
Also delays....comes without warning....
No options,nothing can we do...Add option....even you can add some fee there too.....but still unfair service by PPH..
Anyway it's your terms...
Yes , I heard from fellow developers & finding better other platforms.
