What is happening with payments?

Hello,

 

I have requested a payment on the 1st of January 2022 to Payoneer and until today, the 22nd of January my payment has not been made? I know that payments are late, but don't you think this is too much?

  Hi Isabel, sorry to hear you're still waiting on a withdrawal. You were initially delayed due to the holiday season because our Payments team was not available from 24th December 2021 to 3rd January 2022. The team then started professing withdrawals from 4th January 2022 in chronological order.

  However, as you've been waiting a while we've created a ticket for you and a member of the team will be able to look into this in more detail.
