  Hi Jamirul, sorry to hear you're having some trouble. 

  We've looked into this and a member of the team has been able to help. They have messaged the buyer to release the payment soon. If after this time they do not pay the invoice, then as per our T&Cs the funds in escrow will be released to you after the 15th day from when you raised the invoice.
