    Hi Ruplal,

    I'm afraid there isn't a way to reset your security code manually and you'll need to get in touch with the customer support team in order to get this changed. We can see you've done just that and they have asked for further documentation to verify your identity. Please continue to communicate with the team and hopefully this should be resolved soon.
