Withdrawal issue USD Funds

Hi,

I tried to withdraw funds from my account yesterday and it showed me the following error

  " From $ in your PPH User Account you can withdraw only -$0.01. The rest cannot be withdrawn but you can still use them for your transactions through PPH site. "

I know there is the new clearing period system that clears funds after a particular period 7, 14 days but in my case I have had these funds in my account for like 4-5 months and just needed to withdraw them now so I dont understand why is this limit applied to my funds.

Can someone from the support team please get back to me on this ?

  Hi Waqas, thanks for your message, and sorry to hear you're having some trouble. 

  We can see you've been in touch with a member of the team and they have responded with more information. You're not able to withdraw funds as you're still within the clearing period. You should be able to withdraw akk your funds by the 12th of February.
