Can't withdraw my money, payment reversed

Hello, I am from India and I made a request to withdraw funds from my PPH account to my bank account. I submitted the bank details and it got approved too but my funds were reversed and a reversal fee was also charged, and the reason was invalid bank details. 

Please tell me why? I raised a ticket but no response.
