APPALLING SUPPORT - just to warn new users
You will quickly find that PPH give in effect zero support unless it's something to do with them getting paid.
The platform is so badly maintained now it is barely usable: the Search function is almost completely unusable - and after unending requests that they sort it out, nothing happens. I think they in fact have no resident developers.
There used to be (until last week) a ZenDesk function and chat capability - but someone has redesigned the site a bit in recent days / the ZenDesk has now vanished completely (there's one broken link at https://www.peopleperhour.com/zendesk/redirectToZendesk , but that goes nowhere ). The Chat feature has also vanished though that may be due to hours (though it's working day in the UK where I am).
Sadly the whole platform is crumbling - it was never great, but I've used it for 10 years (when I can get any sense out of it) and it's just becoming an embarrassment to them.
They claim to have 'managers' for various functions but you're NEVER allowed to speak to one / I have NEVER had any contact from one despite politely asking time and again - I've tried to HELP PPH fix this awful platform, but they just don't want to know. You can try the CEO - he's on LinkedIn and on twitter, no other contact route, and he ignores everything.
