Security Question
Hi,
A previous employee set the security question and we know need to reset it in order to access the invoices. I have tried to contact PPH so many times... this has been ongoing for a month now!

We can see you've contacted the support team and in order to process this request, proof of ID will be required. We've chased this with a senior member of the support team so your query will get looked at as soon as possible.
