Dear PPH,

I submitted a withdrawal request on the 24th Feb and I have not received the funds in Paypal

Please look into it

  Hi Azeezat, thanks for getting in touch. 

  Once you have gone through the clearing process (which lasts approximately 2 weeks) you can then request a withdrawal request, it should be processed within 2 working days. 

  In this case, we've raised a ticket with the support team so they can provide some more information to check it's gone through. They will be in touch as soon as they are available.
