    I understand you might be busy, but getting responses to tickets is taking a very long time, i got a response here much quicker. My ticket now has a reply but again, since I've responded no one replies.

    Again, no update. No reason for the profile rejection, all data and more submitted, no reply on ticket. What is going on?

    My tickets been open 5 days. No responce.

    If i dont hear within anothe couple of days, i will do a charge back. bet they respond then.
